If your organisation has reached a size that it warrants an in-house HR representative, but that person is early-career or has limited exposure to certain aspects of generalist HR practice, we can support them to both deliver the required outcomes for the organisation, while embarking on a learning and professional development program for which they will receive in-the-moment practical experience.

  • Industrial Relations, Fair Work matters, and dealing with Unions 

  • Developing and rolling out a change management project 

  • Teaching the managers to "fish" 

  • Workplace investigations and negotiations
